IN ORDER TO BOOK A SHOOT, you must fill out the online shoot agreement.
Headshots / Portraits: $325 - 1 hour shoot | up to 3 looks | all raw files | 5 edited shots of your choosing | $25 per each additional edited shot after the first 5
Mini Portrait Session: $175 - 30 min shoot | 1 look | all raw files | 3 edited photos of your choice | $30 per each additional edited shot after the first 3
Ensemble / Band Photos: $350 - 1 hour shoot | all raw files | 10 edited photos of your choosing | $20 per each additional edited photo after the first 10. *add additional hour / location for $70
Couple / Engagement / Family Photos: $325 - 1 hour shoot | 1 location | all raw files | 10 edited photos of your choosing | $20 per each additional edited photo after the first 10 *add additional hour / location for $70
Recital / Concert Photos: $350 - up to 1.5 hours shoot | all raw files | 10 edited photos of your choosing |$20 per each additional edited photo after the first 10. *add additional hour / location for $70
*Photos taken during dress rehearsal are preferred, as to not disturb the performance with the sound of the camera, and to avoid being in audience sight lines.
Event Photos: $350 - 2 hours max shoot | all raw files | 10 edited photos of your choice | $20 per each additional edited photo after the first 10. *add additional hour / location for $70
Other Photos: Contact me to inquire about rates. I am open to any and all of your ideas and can’t wait to work together!
** Pre-paid photoshoots are available for yourself or to give as gifts to family and friends. Contact me with the details of what kind of shoot you would like to give, and I will prepare a digital gift card that can be redeemed at any time (you OR the person receiving the photoshoot can coordinate a time and place for the shoot at a time that is convenient for all parties). **
For all shoots - PLEASE READ
I require a $75 deposit in order to schedule the shoot. This deposit goes towards the cost of the shoot, and is non-refundable in the instance of cancellation. I cannot reserve a time for you until I have received the deposit.
While you will have access to all raw files, do not share or publish any unedited photos online. Only edited photos are to be shared.
My service provides digital only copies of headshots.
I fulfill all editing requests within two weeks of the photos being chosen.
Fees for expediting edits:
1-5 photos within 2-5 days of shoot: $70
5-10 photos within 2-5 days of shoot: $100
Additional contractual clauses APPLYING TO ALL PHOTOSHOOTS:
Payment. The Client agrees to pay the total balance due to Micah Gleason on day of photoshoot. Accepted methods of payment include cash, checks made payable to Micah Gleason, direct deposit (if a previous W-9 agreement has been made), zelle or paypal (micahmgleason@gmail.com)
Copyright and Reproductions. The Photographer and the Client own shared copyright for all images created. The Photographer and the Client have the right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions, and for use on social media, websites, and posters. In the event that a third party wishes to reproduce the photos for marketing, websites, etc, the Photographer is credited whenever possible, and the photos are not edited or altered in any way.
Client’s Usage. The Client will only use the edited and retouched photographs provided by the Photographer in the online gallery - no additional changes or edits are permitted. The Client will only use said digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement.
Social Media and Websites. Given that the Photographer is credited whenever possible, and the photographs are not altered from the gallery proofs in any way, the Client may share the photographs freely on social media and websites.
